Nick is the planner. Years in consulting, a career in aviation, and a Disney obsession that has taken him to every park in the world except Shanghai. When he builds a park itinerary, it isn't a list of rides — it's which day to do which park based on crowd projections, which restaurants to book the hour the 60-day window opens, when Lightning Lane is worth it and when it's money down the drain, and what to walk right past. People spend thousands on a Disney trip and come home exhausted, having seen half of what they hoped. That's the problem he solves.

Douglas spent twenty-three years inside the hotel industry, and flew 150,000 to 250,000 miles a year for the pleasure of it. Round-the-world routings, three months living in London, and eight Virgin Voyages sailings. He handles the hotels, the routing, the rail, and everything that isn't a theme park.

Together, that's the range: Nick can plan a park day down to the hour, and Douglas can plan three weeks across Europe by train. Most advisories do one of those well.
